In case the booking is cancelled more than 1 days (24 hours) before the pick-up time, no penalty will be charged and full advance will be refunded. The only amount deducted would be any transaction charges for refunding your money. In case the booking is cancelled 0-24 hours before the pick-up time, 25% of the payment will be deducted as penalty. In the case of a break down or any accidents Amber Moon Panama Taxi Service S.A. will try its best to either supply another substitute vehicle or provide a refund for the payment amount.
